Cisco Call Manager Install Locale

 

Jan 20, 2012  Installation of Locale. Locale can be installed either from the network drive or from a CD/DVD drive. Install locale from network drive: After you download from Cisco.com, put the locale installer (*.cop.sgn) file on an FTP or SFTP server that you can access. Login to Cisco Unified Communications Operating System Administration. Sep 29, 2013  Announcement settings. When the Enable check box is checked, Cisco Unified Communications Manager plays the customized announcement for the locale that is shown. If you want Cisco Unified Communications Manager to play the Cisco-provided announcement that is associated with the announcement identifier, uncheck the Enable check box.

Hi all,
I have a problem with the locale in Cisco Unity Connection.Cisco call manager 11
I have try with CUC 7.0.1 and 7.0.2,
I try to load the locale: uc-locale-es_ES-7.0.1.0-323 (the last in cisco web),
I don't know it's is important but I have a demo licence (2 port and 10 users),

and always get the same problem:
Error encountered: ERROR: Install script of option /common/download//uc-locale-es_ES-7.0.1.0-323.cop failed

I don't see any error in this log, the MD5SUM matchs, I don't have any idea.
